⏰ Preparation & Beach Training (~30 minutes)
This is where we set you up for success. You'll get fitted for your pro-level wetsuit and board, learn essential safety and theory on the sand, and go through a professional warm-up to prepare your body for the water.

⏰ In-Water Surf Coaching (~2 hours total)
