Company information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and experiences arranged with Ranch Tamri ("we", "us", "our").
By booking a desert tour or activity with us, you agree to these terms.

Booking and payment
When you reserve with Ranch Tamri:
- Bookings are completed through our secure online checkout partner (WeTravel)
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation unless otherwise agreed in writing
- You will receive booking confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp after payment
- Prices are shown on the website or booking page at the time of purchase and may vary by tour, date, and group size
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, pickup location, and guest information

Cancellation and refunds
Our standard cancellation terms are:
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your experience
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable
- No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable
- Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible
- Specific tours may display additional cancellation terms at checkout—those terms apply to that booking

Changes and modifications
We understand travel plans change. Subject to availability, you may request a date or time change by contacting us as early as possible.
We may modify, reschedule, or cancel an experience for operational, safety, or logistical reasons. In those cases, we will offer an alternative date/time or a full refund.

Weather and force majeure
Desert and coastal conditions can change quickly. If weather or safety conditions make an activity unsuitable, we may reschedule or refund the experience.
We are not responsible for additional costs you may incur, such as transport, accommodation, or missed connections, when events are outside our reasonable control.

Pickup and timing
To keep tours running smoothly for all guests:
- Be ready at the agreed pickup point at the confirmed time
- Hotel pickup is available from Agadir, Taghazout, and nearby areas when included in your booking
- A short waiting period may apply if you are not at the pickup location when the vehicle arrives
- Repeated lateness or failure to appear may be treated as a no-show without refund

Safety and participation
Outdoor desert activities involve inherent risk. Participation is at your own responsibility when instructions are followed.
- Follow all instructions from guides, drivers, and on-site staff at all times
- Wear suitable clothing, closed shoes, and sun protection unless your tour briefing states otherwise
- We may refuse participation if a guest appears intoxicated, behaves unsafely, or puts others at risk
- We may stop or shorten an activity if safety conditions require it

Children policy
Many of our experiences are family-friendly, but age and height rules apply for safety reasons.
- Minimum age to drive a quad or buggy is typically 16 years, subject to local operator rules shown at booking
- Younger guests may participate as passengers with a responsible adult where permitted
- Parents or guardians are responsible for minors throughout the experience
- Please tell us the ages of children in your group when booking so we can confirm suitability

Health conditions
Please tell us in advance if any guest has a medical condition that could affect participation, including pregnancy, back or neck issues, heart conditions, or recent surgery.
We may recommend a different experience or decline participation where safety requires it.

Liability disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left unattended during an activity
- We are not liable for injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or reckless behavior
- Guests are encouraged to arrange their own travel insurance covering activities, medical costs, and cancellations

Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Agadir, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
